1. Declaration of liquidation bankruptcy and appointment of the official receiver
On 30 July 2015, the District Court for Wroclaw – Fabryczna in Wroclaw, 8th Bankruptcy and Restructuring Division rendered a decision on declaration of bankruptcy of PCZ S.A. which included liquidation of its assets.
Under the above-mentioned decision, Paweł Bliński, District Court Judge was appointed the judge-commissioner and Kancelaria Syndyków Piątkowski, Szczerbiński sp. j. z with its seat in Wrocław was appointed the official receiver. The bankruptcy court decided to call the creditors of PCZ S.A. to submit their claims within 3 months as of the date on which the declaration of bankruptcy of PCZ S.A. was announced in Monitor Sądowy i Gospodarczy, and to call the persons who have rights and personal claims on the real estate owned by PCZ S.A., if they had not been entered in the land and mortgage register, to submit their rights and claims within 3 months as of the date on which the declaration of bankruptcy of PCZ S.A. was announced in Monitor Sądowy i Gospodarczy.
2. Decision of the Court to dismiss the complaint of the bankrupt to the decision on declaration of liquidation bankruptcy
On 12 October 2015, the Regional Court in Wroclaw, 10th Commercial Division rendered the decision of 28 September 2015 in the case of the file ref. No. X Gz 510/15, dismissing the complain to the Decision of District Court for Wroclaw-Fabryczna of 30 July 2015 on declaration of liquidation bankruptcy.
Therefore, the decision of the District Court for Wroclaw-Fabryczna in Wroclaw of 30 July 2015 on declaration of bankruptcy entailing the liquidation of assets of PCZ S.A. in Wrocław became final.–
