She specialises in the field of law related to insolvency of entrepreneurs and in supervision over restructuring processes.

Since she obtained a license of an official receiver, she has held the position of an interim court-appointed supervisor and an official receiver in many proceedings before the bankruptcy court. She has been working in bankruptcy and reorganisation law since 2006.

As part of her professional practice, she has gained:

  • Long and extensive experience in management of and supervision over the processes of bankruptcy and restructuring for entrepreneurs which operate in all sectors of the economy (which include new technologies, construction, including property developers, transport, fuels, energy, food processing, furniture, clothing and shoes, equipment, retail sales) – as well as for big listed companies.
  • Experience in the procedure before the restructuring and bankruptcy court, through active participation in several hundred bankruptcy proceedings.

Between 2009 and 2012, she was a lecturer at Mieszko I School of Education and Administration in Poznan, where she taught classes in substantive civil law for students of the Faculty of Law and Administration. A co-author of press articles on bankruptcy law. She participated in numerous training courses organised by KSSiP, including courses in economics and finance, conducted as part of the Postgraduate Management Studies at the Faculty of Management of the University of Warsaw.
