Norbert Frosztęga

He graduated with honours in law at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. He wrote his master’s thesis, dedicated to penal law aspects of the institution of crown witness, under the supervision of Zbigniew Ćwiąkalski, PhD, at the Department of Substantive Criminal Law, Jagiellonian University. He gained his professional experience as an intern at courts and prosecutors’ offices, and then during a year and a half at one of Warsaw’s most respected law firms, where he worked as a lawyer in the Procedural Department.
Norbert Frosztęga specialises in bankruptcy and restructuring law as well as in civil proceedings. He has co-authored academic articles discussing bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings and general business law. He is interested in issues relating to the law of commercial companies, in particular the so-called ‘simplified liquidation’.
He is fluent in English.
