Zimmerman Filipiak Restrukturyzacja S.A. was established to address the needs of businesses in a crisis, their creditors and restructuring courts. We are restructuring advisers. We balance the interests of all parties to reach an optimum agreement. We act both in and out of court.
For entrepreneurs experiencing temporary problems, we prepare restructuring schemes, both in the legal and economic aspect, and, as an advisory entity, we implement them without recourse to court proceedings.
We also act in the capacity of a supervisor (nadzorca) and an administrator (zarządca), whereby we restructure an insolvent entity by using proceedings with the participation of the court. We are prepared to use additional instruments provided for in the Restructuring Law, which are used for securing the rights of creditors at each stage of the procedure. Our team offers unique combination of expert legal and economic knowledge, an insight into court work, knowledge of the financial market and the management base. It is led by Piotr Zimmerman and Patryk Filipiak, co-authors of the restructuring law.
